Delivery Policy Revoliq Pay

Revoliq Pay delivers digital products promptly upon payment confirmation. Customers must provide accurate information and report issues within 30 days. Misuse, unauthorized resale, or account breaches may result in termination or denial.

1. Order Confirmation and Finalization

Once your order is confirmed and full payment is received by Revoliq Pay, the order becomes final and non-cancellable. Upon finalization, Revoliq Pay will issue a voucher or activation code that allows you to use or activate the purchased product(s).
Revoliq Pay reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. If your order is altered or canceled, we will attempt to contact you using the information you provided at checkout.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout. Revoliq Pay is not liable for any issues related to order processing or delivery that arise due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If the payment method is invalid or cannot be verified, Revoliq Pay may cancel or delay delivery until the issue is resolved.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Once your order is finalized and payment is approved, your digital product (activation code or voucher) will be delivered via the contact method specified—typically email or account dashboard.
  • Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to you.
  • The product is deemed accepted upon receipt of the voucher or activation code.
  • Use of the product may be subject to third-party terms and conditions.

4. Account Creation and Use

To access certain features or receive product deliveries, you may be required to create an account with Revoliq Pay.
By creating an account, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.
Revoliq Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if any suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.

5. Product Issues or Defects

If you encounter an issue with a delivered product or activation code, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Upon validation, Revoliq Pay may provide a replacement product or a refund, at our sole discretion. This does not apply to problems caused by:
  • Incorrect use or setup by the customer
  • Third-party service failures

6. Non-Resale and Intellectual Property

All products provided by Revoliq Pay are for personal use only and may not be resold.
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and product design, belongs to Revoliq Pay or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Website Security & Acceptable Use

You may not:
  • Reverse-engineer or modify any part of the website.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
  • Introduce viruses or malicious code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Violations may result in legal action or account termination.

8. Errors and Corrections

Despite our best efforts, errors (including pricing or availability) may appear on our website. Revoliq Pay reserves the right to correct such errors, even after an order is submitted or confirmed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Revoliq Pay and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the website, products, or services.
By placing an order, you agree to waive all claims against Revoliq Pay related to delivery, product usage, or third-party involvement.
